How to Join
We meet on a lake in the village of North Cave just off junction 38 of the A63/M62.
If you’d like to find out more - come along to any session on a Saturday morning and have a go. A taster fee of £2.50 is required with members paying a reduced rate – so join to save!
You must be able to swim 50 metres and need to be aged 10 years or older. Young people must have the permission of their parents/guardians.
A bit of advice: bring some warm clothing and a cagoule to keep off the wind!
