We probably visit the Upper River Tees more than any other White Water River, this is due to the fact that this river has paddleable levels most of the year round. This run is grade 3-4 consisting of rapids and falls including Salmon Leap Falls (S-bends), Middle Force and Low Force.

The Upper Swale in North Yorkshire is one of the clubs favourite White Water Rivers. The run consists of several high waterfalls.
